It’s amazing how many photos I’ve taken in the past few years. Some days the variety of subject matter surprises even me. I had occasion recently to contact an area trail riding association to get the name of a woman in one of my favourite photographs. In September of 2007 I attended a trail riding event on South Talbot Road on the outskirts of Windsor, Ontario, and took many action shots that day, mostly showing riders competing in barrel racing.
I managed to connect with Geri Hilton by email and received her consent to use the photo in a contest I was entering.
When looking for this photo of Geri I rediscovered the horse riding event photos and decided to post them for viewing.
